Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls national park
Upon arrival at Entebbe airport/Depending on your location in Kampala/Entebbe, embark on your journey to Murchison falls national park.
It is about a 6-7 hour drive with an en route stop at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for rhino trekking, having lunch, and then connecting to Murchison and entering through the Kichumbanyobo gate. You will visit the top of the falls, then proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning game drive and launch cruise
Enjoy breakfast and then go for a game drive where you may spot various animal species like elephants, giraffes, lions, and Uganda kobs, among others.
In the afternoon you will go for a launch cruise on the park’s main tourist attraction, the unique Murchison Falls, as well as the River Nile with its streaming hippos and serried ranges of crocodiles along the sandbanks, as well as large numbers of different species getting down to drink & bathe. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park & Bigodi nature walk
Take breakfast and embark on your journey to Kibale national park- the best safari destination in Africa for chimpanzee tracking.
Arrive in the park in the afternoon for lunch in fort portal town, then go for a 2-3 hour nature walk in Bigodi wetland before you proceed to your lodge in Kibale. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking & transfer to Semuliki national park
After breakfast you will go for chimpanzee trekking with your packed food and water. Meet your guide at the head office, then enter the rainforest to start searching for the chimpanzees; this will take 2-5 hours to find the chimpanzees.
Upon seeing them, you will spend 1 hour with the chimpanzees while taking pictures.
Later in the afternoon, drive to Semuliki National Park while enjoying the beautiful scenic views of the area and Mount Rwenzori rangers. Upon arrival in Toro Semiliki wildlife reserve, connect for a brief game drive for a few animals found in the park.

Day 5: Sempaya hot springs visit & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
Have early morning breakfast, drive to the park headquarters where you will register and after that visit the Hot springs of Sempaya female and male hot springs.
These are the largest hot springs in Uganda, which have historical significance and also allow visitors to taste eggs boiled in them.
Drive to Fort portal town for your lunch, then proceed to Queen Elizabeth national park. This is a 3-hour drive from Fort portal with an en route visit of the crater lakes.
Dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Game drive and Boat cruise
Take breakfast, meet your guide, and head out for a lion-tracking experience where you are guaranteed to see the lions; you will also spot a good number of animals, including elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and all species of antelope. You will enjoy a bush breakfast. Return to the lodge and have lunch.
After enjoying your lunch at the lodge, go for your boat trip along the Kazinga channel for yet another wildlife/bird watching experience as you cruise on lake Edward/George. Dinner and overnight stay at lodge.

Day 7: Ishasha game drive – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park
After early morning breakfast, transfer to the Ishasha sector for a game drive for chances of seeing the tree-climbing lions.
Thereafter, proceed to Bwindi national park with a stopover for lunch en route. Proceed to Bwindi, arriving in the afternoon, and check in at your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 8: Gorilla trekking experience
After breakfast, leave the lodge and transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by the ranger guide and later head into the forest trekking until you encounter the mountain gorilla. This could take 4-8 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas.
Upon locating them, you will be allowed to spend one hour with these gentle giants.
Later after trekking, transfer to Kisoro.
Check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 9: Golden Monkey tracking & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
You will have breakfast and after that go to the park headquarters for golden monkey tracking. Start trekking at 7 am, taking about 2-5 hours tracking and upon finding them, spend an hour with them before you return to meet your driver.
Have lunch then transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Take a boat cruise along Lake Bunyonyi, visiting the various islands and interacting with the locals. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 10: Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, set off to Lake Bunyonyi to chill and relax. The lake is located between Kisoro and Kabale in southwestern Uganda, close to the border with Rwanda.
It’s believed to be the second deepest lake in Africa, with a depth between 44m and 900m and it’s about 7 to 25 km wide.
Take a boat trip to some of the fascinating islands on the lake—Kyahugye Island, where you will find some wildlife including the Zebras, waterbucks, impalas and Kobs.
Visit Akampeine island (a punishment island) where pregnant unmarried girls were dumped to die, and Bwama and Njuyeera Islands.
Return in the evening to the lodge to relax and chill. Dinner and overnight stay the lodge

Day 11: Transfer back to Entebbe / Kampala
After breakfast, transfer early back to Entebbe / Kampala with lunch en route and stop at the Uganda Equator. You will either be dropped at a hotel or you advise.
