Detailed Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Sezibwa Falls 

Depending on your location, our company representative will meet you up and brief you about this Uganda safari.

Later, set off from Entebbe / Kampala and head east to Mukono for a visit to Sezibwa Falls where you will arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am depending on traffic on Jinja road.

At Sezibwa you will engage in several safari activities which will include but not limited to hiking the falls, nature walks, birding and cultural exploration.

Sezibwa falls tour can take up most a day. Get done in the afternoon. After the experience, you will head out for late lunch and after lunch you will continue east to Jinja City.

You will be in Jinja city in the evening, check into your accommodation have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Visit Source of the Nile & Transfer to Sipi falls 

On this day, wake up early and have breakfast and after breakfast head out to the source of the Nile.

While at the source of the Nile, you will explore the point at which the Nile starts and have a boat ride on the Nile River before you head back to your lodge / accommodation.

The tour to the source of the Nile will go on till lunch and after the experience, head back to your accommodation to have lunch. After lunch you will check out of your accommodation and continue east to Sipi falls.

You will arrive at Sipi falls in the evening, check into your accommodation, have dinner and a overnight stay.

Day 3: Visit Sipi falls 

Wake up on a hearty breakfast at the lodge. There after breakfast, head out for hike to the Sipi falls. There are two routes to the falls, you can choose to hike both to see how the different experiences feel or you can just hike one.

At the Sipi falls, you will enjoy the beauty of the falls as they flow down listening to flowing water sound.  During your hike, get to enjoy the beautiful sceneries around the flows and some birds together with other wildlife. This experience will end in the afternoon and you will then head back to your lodge/accommodation for lunch.

Sipi Falls

After lunch you will have a coffee  tour through the surrounding plantations to have an experience of what it takes to produce the Arabic coffee in this region.

After the coffee tour, you will head back to your accommodation for the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Later you will have dinner and overnight stay at your Lodge / accommodation.

Day 4: Departure

This is the last day of your safari. Wake up early on a hearty breakfast and after breakfast check out of your accommodation and then embark on your way back to to Kampala.

The journey will take most of your day and you will have en route lunch.  You will be in Kampala in the evening and safari guide will drop you at a destination of your choice in Kampala or Entebbe.
